At RAULA, each piece is crafted and shipped with care. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods (such as new drops), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees).
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Shipping Fee:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹[5000].
- Flat rate of ₹[99] for orders below this.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only in select pin codes.
Additional COD charges may apply.
Refused or unaccepted COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD use.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available through our online store.

5. Delays & Liability

RAULA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@raula.in and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
