At RAULA, each piece is crafted and shipped with care. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (such as new drops), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees).

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹[5000].

    • Flat rate of ₹[99] for orders below this.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in select pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • Refused or unaccepted COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD use.


4. International Shipping

  • International shipping is not yet available through our online store.

  • For special requests, please contact us at support@raula.in.


5. Delays & Liability

  • RAULA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@raula.in and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
