Refund policy

At RAULA, we put quality and detail into every piece we make. Since our products are released in limited drops, we ask you to review our policy before placing an order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer refunds on orders unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • We accept size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items.

  • Accessories (if applicable).

  • Gift cards.


3. Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@raula.in. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective/incorrect.

  • Outbound shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of defective or incorrect products when exchange is not possible.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds. If a COD order is refused at delivery, shipping charges will still apply.
